Swanderful dish

This colorful, hand painted swan will make ripples in your decor!  The "bowl" is decoupaged and sealed with three coats of gloss varnish.  Just as beautiful are the blue and white checks on the base.  The "bowl" is rimmed in gold paint pen.  Use to hold trinkets, jewelry or wrapped candies.
