Shipping policy

Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.   Special orders may take up to several weeks.  We will give you a time frame when your special order is placed.

 

Shipping

• Orders shipping to an address in the U.S. with an order value of $49.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8.00.  All orders will ship USPS or UPS, standard delivery times.
• If you wish to expedite your shipping time, please let me know when you place your order.
• Orders shipping to an address in the U.S. with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes, ship for free.
• Orders shipping to an address in Canada are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products in your order.

Local pickup

If you are a local buyer, you may choose to pick up your order at my home studio.  At checkout, select the pickup option.  We will email or text you when your order is ready for pickup, generally within 2-3 hours.
