Melting checks vase

This black and white, hand blown vase makes me think of Salvador Dali’s famous melting clocks!  The checks at the neck seem to be melting into swirls.  Look closely to see the gray, blackish shading in the white checks.  The opening of the vase will only allow for a few flowers, but honestly,  it won’t matter.  All eyes will be on this unique vase!
